The Graphic Controlling Ten-segment Programmable Blast Air Oven applies dry heat to stopping microorganism oxygenation and protein denaturation, affecting electrolyte concentration, hence, killing the residual microorganism in some time. The blast air ovens are classified into ZXRD mode and ZXFD mode by the direction of airflow, and 13 modes by different volumes.
